Sub-processor List Update
We've updated our Sub-processor List to reflect current infrastructure and service providers supporting the Gail platform. Four providers have been incorporated to support core capabilities including large language model inference, workflow orchestration, in-memory caching, and secure code execution.
Updated sub-processor list
The current list now includes the following additions:

A Data Processing Agreement incorporating the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses is in place with each provider above. Our Technical and Organizational Measures apply uniformly across all sub-processors.
Customer review period
In line with Section 6 of our Data Processing Agreement, customers with questions or concerns about any sub-processor on our list are invited to reach out within 14 days of this notice. We take reasonable objections seriously and will work with customers to address concerns consistent with the terms of their agreement.

Gail's ISO/IEC 27001 Certificate is now available at trust.meetgail.com
We are excited to announce that Gail has received an ISO/IEC 27001 Certificate, available for public viewing at trust.meetgail.com under "Documents."
This certificate documents Gail's operation of an Information Security Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for Gail's GailAgent and GailGPT products.
